Shipping

Moonvale ships to addresses within Australia. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries to regional and remote areas can take a little longer, and occasional delays can happen with the carrier, during peak periods or due to weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Please keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates on your delivery. You can also check your order status in your account.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hi@moonvale.com.au and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Late, lost or damaged deliveries

If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, your order is showing as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us at hi@moonvale.com.au with your order number. We'll follow it up with the carrier and make it right.
